Lakshmi Machine Works is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will help ensure the timely delivery of defect-free components while meeting documentation standards for ISO, EOHS, and KHO activities.
Your key responsibilities will include loading parts according to load charts, optimizing the use of manpower and machinery, and providing training for new team members. Additionally, you will lead meetings to address nonconformities and contribute to various quality control initiatives.
