Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoicing, payment processing, and transaction tracking. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate transaction posting
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and supporting budget development and monitoring
- Performing bank and other reconciliations; generating purchase orders (P.O.) and handling GRN accounting
Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00 per month. Required languages: Tamil and English. Work location: In person.
