Legacy Health, a prominent Revenue Cycle Management Company, is excited to announce an opening for the position of Eligibility & Pre-Authorization (Voice) in Chennai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting insurance companies to verify eligibility
• Inquiring about claims without Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Following up on corrected claims and appeals
• Managing claim denials according to non-denial protocols

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year experience in Eligibility, Verification of Benefits (VOB), and Authorization in a medical billing environment is required.

Benefits: Pickup and drop within 30 km, transport allowance, meal passes, bonuses, and additional perks.

Salary: ₹24,00 – ₹40,00 per month.
