Job Description
Leisure Lyrics Private Limited is seeking a Central Reservation Executive to manage enquiries, convert leads, and handle bookings for our hospitality partners. This remote/hybrid position requires professional phone and WhatsApp communication, providing availability and pricing, confirming reservations, liaising with hotels, maintaining accurate records, processing changes and cancellations, and submitting daily reports.
Qualifications: strong English (Hindi preferred), confident and customer-focused demeanor, basic computer proficiency (WhatsApp, Excel, Gmail), and ability to multitask. Sales, call-center, or hospitality experience is a plus; enthusiastic freshers with excellent speaking skills are welcome.
