Job Description
Libra Valuers is on the lookout for a Valuation Report Specialist to create, edit, and finalize valuation reports across various property types. The primary responsibilities include data collection, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and collaborating with analysts to produce accurate reports. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Successful applicants must exhibit strong writing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bhayander, Mira Road, Vasai, Virar, Dahisar, Kandivali, and Borivali. The salary is competitive, ranging from ₹13,00.00 to ₹16,00.00 per month, with added benefits for paid sick time.
