Job Description
L’Opera seeks a dedicated Pastry Commis to assist experienced chefs in producing high-quality French pastries, breads, and desserts. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation and measurement, supporting daily pastry production, following standardized recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and complying with food safety standards.
- Requirements: prior bakery or pastry experience, passion for French baking, basic kitchen operations knowledge, strong attention to detail, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and eagerness to learn.
- Employment: Full-time, in person. Salary: ₹15,00–₹17,00/month. Benefit: Provident Fund.
