Job Description

LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Customer/Technical Support Executives for our Chat, Voice, or Blended Process in Pune. We invite applications from undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of international experience.

The annual salary ranges from ₹397,00 to ₹500,00, with rotational shifts and a 5-day workweek schedule.

Required Skills: Strong communication abilities, active listening, teamwork, and effective problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: Background in Customer Service or the Telecommunications industry, along with experience in Upselling or Proactive Sales.
