Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce openings for dedicated Customer/Technical Support Executives for our Telecom process in Mumbai. We invite applications from both undergraduates and seasoned professionals.
The salary for this position is competitive, offering up to ₹6 LPA, with a rotating schedule encompassing 18 hours within the US work window (6:00 PM IST – 09:30 AM IST), five days a week.
Qualified candidates should have exceptional communication abilities and relevant experience in live chat or customer service roles. This full-time position includes health insurance and a provident fund for all employees.
