Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site finish carpentry, interior installations, and quality control for residential and commercial fit-outs. The role coordinates subcontractors, enforces safety protocols and schedules, interprets drawings, inspects work against specifications, and delivers regular progress reports to project managers. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ site supervision experience in interior fit-outs, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and practical knowledge of materials and finishes. Valid safety certifications are required. The ability to manage multiple sites, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure workmanship meets project standards is essential.
