Job Description
Maelstrom Global Pvt. Ltd. seeks motivated Academic Counselors to advise students and families on program selection, career pathways, and enrollment. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, recommending appropriate courses, following up via calls, messages, and email, maintaining accurate records and CRM entries, coordinating admissions and documentation, and achieving counseling targets.
- Degree holders; recent graduates and experienced candidates welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic computer/CRM proficiency required
