Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Executive to manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity. The role includes optimizing processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, supporting strategic initiatives, delivering customer service, and verifying customer KYC and documentation.
- Prepare to work all shifts, including 24-hour branch operations; willing to work across departments as needed
- Open to freshers; preferred language: English; work location: in person
- Compensation: ₹14,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: Provident Fund
Additional duties may be assigned by management as required.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
