Job Description

Position: Company Secretary (Fresher)
Department: Legal & Compliance
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Salary Range: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage ROC filings and maintain statutory registers.
- Organize Board and Committee Meetings, including the preparation of documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and legal advisors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
- Understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Exceptional drafting skills.
