Job Description

Le Méridien Navi Mumbai seeks a full-time Reservations Agent to process bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, and mail. The role requires verifying room availability and rates, explaining guarantee and cancellation policies, recording special requests, and coding special-rate reservations in the property system. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Adhere to company policies, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and escalate guest concerns appropriately.
