Job Description
We are seeking a professional Residences Concierge to deliver exceptional service in a luxury residential property. Core duties include welcoming residents and guests, coordinating deliveries and maintenance, managing reservations and local services, handling inquiries, and upholding building security procedures. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with property management systems, and a strong customer service orientation. Prior concierge or hospitality experience is preferred. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, detail-oriented, able to multitask, maintain strict confidentiality, and be proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
