Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, managing a designated station, and upholding strict hygiene standards.
- Prepare, portion, and plate menu items to consistent standards
- Control stock, assist with ordering, and monitor food safety (HACCP)
- Supervise junior staff, support menu execution, and perform under pressure
Requirements: 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, basic supervisory experience, HACCP/food-safety knowledge, strong teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility to work varying shifts.
