Job Description

The Rooms Controller oversees daily room operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent cleanliness standards. This position coordinates housekeeping, maintenance and laundry services, assigns rooms efficiently, inspects guest rooms for quality, and communicates findings and metrics to management.

• Schedule and supervise housekeeping staff
• Manage inventory, linen and laundry processes
• Inspect rooms and handle guest requests
• Liaise with front office and maintenance; report performance metrics

Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in rooms or housekeeping operations, proven leadership, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and basic inventory and scheduling skills. Hospitality diploma preferred.
