Job Description
We seek a courteous and reliable Guest Service & Housekeeping Associate to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform room cleaning, make beds, replenish amenities, and inspect rooms
- Report maintenance needs and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide occasional front-desk support as required
