Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional service and ensure a welcoming stay for all guests. You will manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations, respond to inquiries, coordinate services across departments, and provide professional concierge assistance.
- Handle guest complaints with discretion and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate guest records and liaise with internal teams.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and guest confidentiality.
Requirements: diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hospitality experience, strong English communication skills, a friendly and composed demeanor, and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
