Job Description
We are seeking a Commis Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine to support daily kitchen operations and prepare authentic dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Prepare ingredients, blend spices, and prepare batters for dosa and idli.
- Assist with curries, dosa production, plating, and following standardized recipes.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
Requirements: culinary diploma or relevant experience, familiarity with South Indian ingredients, basic knife skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. The ideal candidate is punctual, flexible with shifts, and a cooperative team player. Training is provided and a competitive salary is offered.
