Mastercraft is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing contractors and site personnel, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervision and coordination, quality control, safety management, progress monitoring, resource allocation, effective communication, problem-solving, maintaining documentation, budget management, client interaction, and material procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
