Job Description
We seek a smart, presentable, customer-focused Voice Process Executive at Minus Clinic to serve as the first point of contact. You’ll handle incoming calls, client check-ins, appointment scheduling, payments, and front desk administration while coordinating with therapists to ensure smooth client flow. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years front office or voice/call handling experience (clinic, salon, hotel, or wellness preferred), excellent English communication and telephone etiquette, MS Office proficiency, strong organization and calmness under pressure. Full-time, in-person in Guindy National Park, Tamil Nadu. Salary ₹18,00–25,00/month. Flexible schedule. Must be punctual, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
