Job Description
We are seeking an IT/Non-IT Recruiter for MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Noida Sector 63). Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, recruitment, or staffing agencies; immediate joiners are preferred. The role involves end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout—for junior to senior IT and non-IT roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and shortlist candidates based on skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS; ensure a smooth candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Requirements: 1–3 years agency recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, proficiency with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and Shine, fast learner with strong follow-up.
