We are seeking a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles. You will create job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, manage offers and onboarding, ensure compliance, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of labor regulations.
