Job Description
Mongoose Minds Private Limited is in search of a dedicated IT Operations Executive to enhance our energetic IT team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth performance of our systems, hardware, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hardware, software, and networking support.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly.
- Maintain IT inventory and relevant documentation.
- Support users with desktop and network-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking is required.
- Certification in Linux (RHCE) is required.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
