Job Description
Moveaze Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a well-presented, professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact at our Calicut facility. Duties include greeting visitors, handling and forwarding calls, managing appointments and visitor logs, processing mail and couriers, performing basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning), and coordinating with internal departments.
- Qualifications: any degree required; bachelor’s preferred. Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
- Skills: strong verbal and written communication, professional demeanor, basic MS Word/Excel/email proficiency, multitasking and time-management skills, and a smart appearance.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary: ₹14,00–₹19,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
