Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Admin Executive to oversee administrative operations at our offices in Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and be willing to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services.
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and organize travel arrangements.
Requirements: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential. Computer literacy is required, and a graduate degree is preferred.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
