Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while managing permits and on-site activities.
- Responsibilities: develop and monitor project schedules, control costs, enforce HSE compliance, produce progress reports, and resolve technical issues.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, minimum 5 years of project management experience, strong knowledge of construction methods and contract administration, proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
