Job Description
NAARI is seeking a Dispatch Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the textile sector. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in inventory management, fabrics, and patterns; organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player; possess strong communication skills and English literacy; and be proficient with ERP systems, email, and MS Office.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely dispatches and quality control to American 4‑point standards; maintaining ERP and sampling ledgers; preparing sales and purchase orders and related paperwork; sourcing office supplies; escalating delivery or quality issues; managing crises; negotiating with transport and courier providers; and issuing dispatch communications to clients. This is a full-time, onsite position. Salary: ₹10,543.51–₹31,160.08 per month.
