Job Description
Nals Outdoors invites applications for an Outdoor Adventure and Rock Climbing Instructor to operate high-rope courses and wall climbing. NALS will provide rock-climbing and rope-course training. Responsibilities include ensuring participant and personal safety, instructing and motivating climbers, maintaining equipment and infrastructure, managing inventory, and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate (DEE/DME preferred). Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience are welcome.
- Requirements: Physically fit, comfortable with demanding outdoor conditions, able to manage fear. Applicants who smoke or consume alcohol should not apply.
- Compensation: 3-month internship with Rs.3,00/month stipend and full boarding; upon successful completion, Rs.2.1 lakh CTC (salary, accommodation, meals).
