Job Description

Nals Outdoors is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Trainer / Facilitator to contribute to leadership development through engaging outbound training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating team-building activities for various groups, including students, faculty, and corporate participants. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of outbound training experience, a strong enthusiasm for outdoor adventures, and exceptional communication skills in English. Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is considered an asset. Responsibilities also include safety supervision and general administrative tasks. This position is located in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, with potential travel to neighboring states. Please note that candidates who smoke or consume alcohol will not be considered, and a lack of outbound training experience disqualifies applicants.
