Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller for an on-site, full-time (permanent) position in Badarpur, Delhi. Experience: 2–5 years. Salary: ₹10,00–₹15,00/month.

• Responsibilities: make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, promote services, maintain customer records, follow up for renewals and cross-sell, meet targets, log interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Requirements: 10+2 or graduate; excellent verbal English, Hindi or local language skills; basic computer and CRM knowledge; resilience to rejection. Telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
