Job Description
Navi Estates LLP seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Care Executive based in Sohna, Gurgaon. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month.
Key responsibilities include outbound payment collections and follow-ups, managing and qualifying sales leads, coordinating site visits, maintaining call logs and CRM/Excel records, and resolving basic customer inquiries. Candidates must demonstrate strong Hindi and English communication, a bachelor’s degree, and basic MS Excel/CRM proficiency. A target-driven attitude, persistence in follow-up, and prior experience in collections, telesales, or customer service are preferred. Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Gurgaon is required.
