Job Description
We are seeking a Factory Operations Executive to report to the Assistant Plant Manager in Palghar. The role oversees daily factory operations, inventory management (raw, packing, finished goods), documentation (GRNs, challans, transfer notes), basic accounting support, supplier and transport coordination, and dispatch planning.
- Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma (Operations/Commerce preferred)
- Experience: 2–4 years in factory/operations with strong inventory and basic accounting skills
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, good communication, ability to work independently
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent; Compensation ₹15,00–₹25,00/month
- Benefits: Cell phone & internet reimbursement, provided meals, leave encashment, Provident Fund
