Job Description
Nobl Q is on the lookout for a committed Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a part of our team in Chennai, Porur, India. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, particularly within the IT services industry. Key responsibilities encompass collaborating with hiring managers, crafting and publishing job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, conducting preliminary screenings, and maintaining our applicant tracking system. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from 5 to 7 L.
