Job Description
Nohitatu is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage inbound and outbound emails and to place outbound calls to U.S. patients to schedule appointments. The role requires use of OfficeAlly or similar platforms to verify and update patient records, maintain follow-up for account resolution, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Requirements: strong verbal and written communication, availability for U.S. night shifts, rapid aptitude for OfficeAlly, confident phone skills, and a responsible work ethic.
- Basic healthcare AR follow-up experience is a plus; immediate joiners preferred.
- Schedule: three working days per week. Position begins with a one-month trial; high performers will transition to permanent payroll.
