Job Description
NowIntern is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Address customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Effectively and empathetically resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services while guiding customers through their options.
- Manage the processing of orders, payments, and returns.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions in our CRM systems.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and successful issue resolution.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹26,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift, US shift
