Job Description
Obara India Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a committed Customer Support Associate to strengthen our customer relationships and provide vital support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating our company database with information collected from each customer interaction, collaborating with the sales team to resolve significant client issues, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels effectively.
This role also involves assisting with short-term projects and developing strategies to deliver outstanding service to demanding customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹21,00.00 to ₹28,700.00 per month. Please note that in-person attendance at our workplace is required.
