Job Description
Oneness Builders is seeking a skilled Operations Executive to manage the execution of construction projects efficiently. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Monitoring project progress against the established Project Plan.
- Providing daily updates on site activities.
- Overseeing operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Approving vendor contracts and nurturing supplier relationships.
- Addressing and resolving issues that arise during construction and site operations.
Qualified candidates should possess prior construction experience along with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. This is a permanent position offering a monthly salary between ₹20,00.00 and ₹25,00.00.
Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement, and work will be conducted in person.
