Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented APAC Correspondent Lending Intern to assist with the review of closed loan file documents ensuring adherence to all approvals and regulatory requirements. This position involves validating loan data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) against documents provided by correspondent lenders.
Job Functions and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of loan documents, noting any deficiencies by adding suspense conditions, and updating delivery data in the LOS. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines is highly desirable.
Education / Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
Work Schedule: This is a dayshift role.
