Job Description
Org Wise is seeking a qualified Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a public limited company. Key responsibilities include preparing board meeting minutes, maintaining statutory records, drafting notices and resolutions, conducting compliance activities, and supporting finance teams with audits and tax compliance.
We prefer candidates with strong drafting and presentation skills. Female candidates aged 25-35 are highly encouraged to apply. The offered CTC for this position is 7.5 LPA.
