- Requirements: Intermediate or graduate, excellent verbal communication, polished grooming, basic product knowledge, and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests, identify customer needs, coordinate with sales personnel, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, multitasking, and a courteous demeanor. Prior retail or jewellery experience is advantageous.
