Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production In Charge to oversee daily garment production, enforce quality control, and ensure timely delivery. This role supervises production teams and manages progress from sampling through shipment, coordinating closely with merchandising. The ideal candidate applies fabric and color expertise, prepares production reports in Excel, and demonstrates persistent, organized follow-up.

• Minimum 5 years’ production management experience in textile/garment
• Strong merchandising, fabric/color knowledge and Excel proficiency
• Male, age 45 or under; committed to long-term employment
• Full-time, on-site position; residence within a 30–45 minute commute
