Job Description
Pegasus EduSolutions is seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to become part of our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering financial data, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update invoices and transactions in the accounting system.
- Process payments through checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
- Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies.
- Generate invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
