Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join the team at Physigo Physiotherapy Clinic. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Clinic Director, encompassing calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and facilitating daily operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will manage patient scheduling, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and oversee financial duties, such as invoicing. This is a part-time, permanent position offering a salary of ₹300,00.00 – ₹360,00.00 per year, requiring 36 – 48 hours of in-person work each week.
