Job Description
Pin Click is hiring an on-site AVP Sales to lead luxury and HNI residential transactions in Bengaluru. The incumbent will manage and mentor the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate high-value deals, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. Responsibilities include team and general management, customer service oversight, and meeting sales targets while driving market growth.
- Qualifications: proven sales and customer service experience; strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. HNI real estate experience preferred.
- Full-time, in-person. Compensation up to ₹1,800,00/year. Benefit: cell phone reimbursement.
