Job Description
This full-time, execution-oriented role is responsible for end-to-end management of influencer campaigns: discovery, outreach, order dispatch, video/review collection, quality checks, and reporting. The position requires strict daily discipline, structured documentation, and measurable output; it is not a creative or strategy role.
- Weekly targets: shortlist 90–150 creators; 300+ outreach messages; convert 60–90 creators; collect 60–75 videos/reviews; 100% dispatch tracking.
- Maintain twice-daily Google Sheets trackers, review submissions for product visibility and compliance, coordinate payments and buyer resolutions.
- Required tools: Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp Business/Instagram DMs.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–20,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement. Work: in person. English preferred.
