Job Description
Planyourworld Training Academy Pvt Ltd, located in Saket, New Delhi, is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring the timely completion of courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
