Job Description

We seek a polite, hardworking Sales Associate for our textile shop to provide attentive customer service and support daily store operations.

• Greet customers; assess needs and recommend fabrics/products.
• Explain product types, prices, and uses; assist with measuring, cutting, packing, and billing as needed.
• Maintain attractive displays, restock inventory, and keep the shop clean and organized.
• Report low stock and customer feedback to the manager; adhere to store policies and schedule.

• Minimum education: High school (Plus Two).
• Basic reading/speaking skills, honesty, punctuality, and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Retail or textile experience is a plus but not required.

Job types: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: ₹12,00–₹15,100/month; Benefits include commuter assistance, flexible schedule, meals, health insurance, and provident fund.
