Poppys Tower Hotel seeks a skilled South Indian Chef (Commis 2) to prepare and plate authentic dishes—dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, curries and chutneys—using traditional techniques while maintaining consistent taste, presentation, and portion control. The role includes overseeing food preparation, inventory management, ordering, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate on menu development and train junior cooks
- Coordinate the culinary team to ensure smooth service
- Full-time, on-site position in Tirupur
- Salary: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month; benefits: meals provided and Provident Fund
Requirements
