Job Description
PP Consumer Private Limited seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to support our online sales operations. The successful candidate will manage order processing, inventory control, daily operational tasks, platform-specific procedures, and returns.
- Oversee order fulfillment and inventory management
- Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and D2C websites
- Manage logistics, returns, and customer service coordination
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements
